Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Lodge, County Roscommon, Ireland. It appears as a circular embanked feature on the 1837 and 1914 Ordnance Survey maps and occupies a rise above the surrounding low-lying land. The overgrown D-shaped remains measure about 25 metres northeast-southwest and 15 metres northwest-southeast, with a scarp reaching 1.2 metres high on the eastern side. A road cutting the northwest perimeter and the absence of a visible entrance or fosse leave the original boundary incomplete.

Marked as a circular embanked feature (ext. diam. c. 35m) on the 1837 and 1914 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a rise in a low-lying landscape. D-shaped overgrown area (dims c. 25m NE-SW; c. 15m NW-SE) defined by a scarp (H 0.25m at N to 1.2m at E) N-E-SW. There is no visible fosse or entrance, and the perimeter is truncated by a NE-SW road at NW. Rath (RO011-069----) is c. 220m to the W. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
