It appears faintly on 1837 and 1914 maps as a circular embanked enclosure about 35 metres wide, cut by a north-east to south-west road near the north-west perimeter. The site sits on a low rise but is no longer visible at ground level beneath that road, with a modern graveyard to the south-east and Rath about 120 metres further southeast.
