Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Lissian, County Roscommon, Ireland. The oval grass-covered site sits on the north-facing slope of an east-west ridge, bounded by an overgrown earthen bank and outer fosse. Entrances at the west and east lead into the enclosure, while Rath lies two hundred and twenty metres to the west along the same ridge.
On the N-facing slope of an E-W ridge. Oval grass-covered area (dims 45.4m NE-W; 34.4m NW-SE) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 4.1-4.9m; int. H 0.1-0.6m; ext. H 0.1-1.6m) which is best preserved (Wth 7m; int. H 1.2m; ext. H 2.1m) S-W, and an outer fosse (Wth of base 3.6m; D 0.5-0.8m) S-W-NNE. There are modernised entrances at W (Wth 2m) and E (Wth 2m).
