Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Lisdaly, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the eastern end of an east-northeast to west-southwest ridge, where a subrectangular grass and scrub-covered area measures 36 metres northeast-southwest and 27.2 metres northwest-southeast. An earthen bank surrounds the area, reducing to a scarp on the north-northeast side, while an outer fosse cuts through the west, north and south sides. Another rath stands 50 metres east and a second enclosure stands 30 metres southwest.
On top of an ENE-WSW ridge, towards the E end. Subrectangular grass and scrub-covered area (dims 36m NE-SW; 27.2m NW-SE) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.65-3.5m; int. H 0.15-0.45m; ext. H 0.4-0.7m), which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.2-0.4m) N-NE, and an outer fosse (Wth of top 3m; Wth of base 2-2.5m; D 0.3m) W-N-S. Rath (RO010-066----) is c. 50m to the E, and enclosure (RO010-065002-) is c. 30m to the SW.
