On a knoll. Circular grass and rush-covered area (diam. 33m E-W; 31m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 4.7-5m; int. H 0.4-1m; ext. H 0.8-1.25m), which is incorporated into a field bank NNW-E, and traces of a fosse visible as a band of rushes (Wth 2.5m) at ESE. The entrance (Wth 3.5m) is at SSE, and a drain has been dug outside the bank S-NW. The S bank of the Doon of Drumsna linear earthwork (RO011-058----) is c. 50m to the N.
