Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Drumnalassan, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the crest towards the southeast end of a northwest-southeast ridge as a circular grass-covered area measuring forty-two metres north-south and thirty-nine metres east-west. An overgrown earthen bank bounds the southwest and northwest, while a slight bank with bushes defines the remaining perimeter. A north-south field bank overlays the western edge, and the interior west has been quarried out.

At the crest towards the SE end of a NW-SE ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 42m N-S; 39m E-W) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 3.1m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1m) SW-NW and by a slight bank with some bushes (Wth 1.5-2m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.5-0.8m) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse or entrance. It is overlain by a N-S field bank towards the perimeter at W, and the interior W of this feature has been quarried out. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
