On top of a low SW-NE rise in a low-lying landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 37m N-S; 34.5m E-W) with some trees on the perimeter defined by an earthen bank (Wth 6m; int. H. 0.95m) E-SE and at SW which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.4m at S to 1.1m at N) elsewhere, with an outer fosse (Wth of top 4-6.2m; Wth of base 2.2m at W to 3.2m at E; D 0.3m at S to 0.8m at SE) NE-W. There is no visible entrance.
