What is recorded here
Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or ringfort in Ballykeroge Big, County Waterford, Ireland. The 1840 edition of the Ordnance Survey six-inch map marked it as a circular embanked enclosure with an external diameter of about 35 metres, while the 1927 edition indicated a curved field bank of about 25 metres. It sits in pasture on a southwest-facing slope, but the Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford recorded that it is not visible at ground level.
