Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ballyglass (athlone North By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. It appears on the 1837 and 1915 Ordnance Survey maps as a circular embanked enclosure on a gentle NE-facing slope. Faint grass-covered traces mark a 32m diameter area defined by a wide low rise. Two other raths lie 60m to the NW and 200m to the S.
Marked as a circular embanked enclosure on the 1837 and 1915 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a shelf of a gentle NE-facing slope. Faint traces of a grass-covered circular area (diam. c. 32m N-S; c. 32m E-W) defined by a wide low rise. Raths (RO045-018----; RO045-024----) are c. 60m to the NW and c. 200m to the S respectively.
