Marked as a small circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 30m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated towards the bottom of an E-facing slope. Circular scrub-covered area (diam. 30m) defined by an external scarp (Wth 2m; max. H 1m) NE-SE and by an internal scarp (Wth 2.5m; H 1.1m) WSW-NW. Enclosure (WA016-055----) is immediately adjacent to the S.
