Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ardlougher, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies the crest of a low knoll as a subcircular grass-covered area measuring 47.5 metres east-west and 40.5 metres north-south. A grass and scrub-covered scarp rises 0.8 to 2.9 metres high around the edge and leaves a 5-metre entrance at the east. Two outer berms extend the maximum diameter to about 90 metres, while Cashel touches the northeast perimeter.

On the crest of a low knoll. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 47.5m E-W; 40.5m N-S) defined by a grass and scrub-covered scarp (H 0.8m at E to 2.9m at N) with an entrance (Wth 5m) at E. The scarp is surrounded at its base by a berm (Wth 10-11.5m) defined by a scarp with bushes (H 0.3-0.6m) E-S-NW and there is a second outer berm (Wth 4.5-6.8m) defined by a scarp (H 0.3-0.6m) ESE-S-NW (max. ext. dims c. 90m NW-SE).
