Embanked enclosure is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ardcarn (boyle By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a circular overgrown area about twenty-five metres across on the south-facing slopes of a rise. An earthen bank four to five metres wide surrounds the centre, with internal facing stones on the southeast and a scarp elsewhere. An outer fosse five to six metres wide at the top runs west to east, while drystone wall foundations sit atop the bank.

On the S-facing slopes of a rise. Circular overgrown area (diam. c. 25m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4-5m; int. H 0.2-1.25m) with internal facing stones S-E, and a scarp (H 1.2m) elsewhere. There is an outer fosse (Wth of top 5-6m; D 0.2-0.95m) W-E and the foundations of drystone wall on top of the bank, but there is no visible entrance. Earthwork (RO006-108----) is c. 70m to the NE.
