What is recorded here
Situated on the crest of a ridge at the edge of a N-facing slope, in pasture. Depicted as a small circular enclosure on the 1st ed. (1843) OS 6-inch map but not indicated on the 1904 ed. The site has been levelled with no visible trace at ground level. Field boundaries have been removed and the area is now fenced with post and wire fences.
