In pasture immediately E of a watercourse. Enclosure (LI041-014----) lies 200m to NE. Depicted on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised circular-shaped area (diam. c. 20m) defined by a scarp with fosse from SW-W-N-E. Truncated at N by a field boundary running NE-SW, intersected at S by watercourse running NW-SE. Monument visible as a roughly circular-shaped earthwork standing in W corner of field on Google Earth orthoimage dated 14/09/19. See attached Google Earth orthoimages.
