In reclaimed pasture. Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified as a rectangular cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 123; AP 5/2117). Linear cropmarks, some perpendicular to each other, visible on oblique aerial photograph (ASIAP ((349) 22) taken 05/01/2003 and on Google Earth orthoimage 01/04/2021, appear to represent relic post-1700 field boundaries marked on the 1840 ed. OSi. 6-inch map. Doubtful antiquity.
