In pasture, 20m N of townland boundary with Knockaunacurragha. Earthwork (LI049-131----) lies 85m to NE. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Possible enclosure identified as a circular cropmark during examination of aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000, 2606) taken 03/11/1984 on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline. No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 or on Google Earth orthoimages. May be associated with buildings depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map.
