In level, low-lying area of improved pasture. Reported to the Archaeological Survey of Ireland as the low remains of a large C-shaped bank. There is no visible surface trace of an earthwork at this location. The W side of this field is low-lying and has a dense growth of tall rushes. A large curvilinear C-shaped feature is evident upon aerial photography (OSi 2010 and Bing 2015), to W. No potential feature depicted at this location upon OS historic mapping.
