In reclaimed pasture 50 W of the Morningstar River that marks the townland boundary with Newtown. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Small circular cropmark (Site No. 040194) identified during examination of aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000 2560) taken 03/11/1984 on Bórd Gáis Éireann gas pipeline.
