Dunvegan Castle: Eilean Bhride, Sound of Islay is a 19th-century cargo vessel in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. The name suggests a busy trading life, carrying goods across the Sound of Islay before the water took it back. The castle in the name may be a later mistake, but the ship was real, and the sea kept it.

Dunvegan Castle, located on the island of Skye in Scotland, was the historic seat of the Macleods of Dunvegan and dates back to at least the 13th century.
