What is recorded here
Dotted outline is a children's burial ground in County Limerick, Ireland. It occupies a sub-rectangular stretch sixteen metres north-south and fifteen metres east-west on a gentle south-facing slope. A seventy-centimetre scarp edge and a low earthen bank from the northwest to the east still mark the boundary beneath the pasture. The precision of that shape suggests the community measured, agreed and remembered rather than leaving the work to chance.
In pasture, on gentle S-facing slope. Sub-rectangular area (16m N-S; 15m E-W) defined by scarp edge (H 0.7m). Low earthen bank skirts around the scarp edge NW->E. Interior under pasture.
