That is a cross-slab in Reary More, County Laois, Ireland. It is one of three rectangular slabs with incised geometric designs, and a small tau may appear in the centre of one. The slab now stands in the sacristy of the R.C. church in Rosenallis.

One of three rectangular shaped slabs with incised and false relief geometrical designs but no obvious crosses except for a possible small tau in the centre of one, situated in NW angle of church (No. 3:3/01). (JKAS 1938, 109). Now in the sacristy of the R.C. church in Rosenallis (LA003-025). Described by Leask as slab number 2 and consisting of 'A slab more elaborate then number 1, not figured, with a Greek T (Tau) in centre' (Leask 1938, 109) (LA003-025001-). Probably dating to the early medieval period, this cross-slab may have had a Christian funerary or commemorative function, though its geometric designs suggest earlier prehistoric influences or symbolic meaning. The possible tau cross indicates a later Christian adaptation of an earlier monument.
