Eochaill holds a children's burial ground where a small cross-slab lies five metres south of a broken pillar. The slab measures thirty-nine centimetres high and thirteen centimetres wide, bearing a single-line Latin cross whose arms reach the very edges. Soil still covers the base of the shaft, hiding whatever anchor or marker lay beneath. The expanded terminal at the top suggests a craftsman gave even this small grave a shape worthy of being seen.

Located within a children’s burial ground (GA111-003001-), c. 5m to the S of a broken cross-inscribed pillar (GA111-003002-). This cross-slab (H 0.39m; Wth 0.13m; T 0.1m) bears a single-line Latin cross with an expanded terminal at the top of the shaft. The arms extend to the edge of the slab. Probably dating to the early medieval period (5th–9th centuries), this cross-slab may have marked a Christian burial or served as a memorial within the children’s burial ground. Its simple Latin cross suggests a Christian devotional use, possibly linked to early monastic or rural Christian practice in the region.
