Cross in Knocklishen Beg

Cross

What is recorded here

Knocklishen Beg holds two small plain granite crosses and a basin bullaun inside a graveyard, marking a place where prayer, memory and perhaps older water ritual still share the same ground. The crosses are modest, but their company with the worn basin suggests a continuous human relationship with the hill rather than a forgotten monument. People may have come there to mourn, to ask for help or to leave behind what no longer served them. The hill keeps those actions alive without needing a name or date.
