What is recorded here
Circa 5m to the SE of a holy well (GA113-010001-). This simple Latin limestone cross (H 1m; arm span Wth 0.6m) is cemented into a stepped plinth of limestone blocks on the SE limits of a small cairn (c. 6.5m E-W; c. 0.5m N-S; H c. 1m). The slab is dressed on the SE face and sides but the NW face is unworked. It bears the INRI inscription on the SE face and is dated AD 1820.
