Cribba Head is a sea cliff composed mainly of Devonian slate and schist, formed around 380 million years ago through regional metamorphism of sedimentary rocks. It is notable for its resistant rock formations that have withstood coastal erosion, contributing to the dramatic landscape of west Cornwall.
