Detached four-bay single-storey creamery, built 1957. Disused, 2008. For sale, 2011. Pitched artificial slate roof with ridge tiles centred on rendered dwarf chimney stacks having concrete capping supporting yellow terracotta pots, timber bargeboards to gables, and remains of cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves boards on slightly overhanging timber boarded eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Roughcast walls on rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing steel casement windows. Set back from line of road in unkempt grounds with roughcast boundary wall to perimeter having concrete coping.

A creamery erected by the Palmerstown Farmers' Cooperative (PFC) regarded as an interesting component of the twentieth-century industrial architectural heritage of the rural environs of Killala.
