What is recorded here

Crannog in Scardaun is an artificial island home in County Mayo, Ireland. The water likely surrounded a small platform where people lived, kept fire light against the dark and watched the lake change with the seasons. That much is clear from its kind and place. The rest has faded, leaving only the shape of human presence beneath the surface.
