Crannog in Kildermot is a submerged artificial island in Ballymore Lough, County Mayo, marked only by a hazel bush growing from its centre. It holds a conical core of stones and timbers, surrounded by stakes, with a wooden platform extending south toward open water. Two other crannogs sit nearby, one east and one west, suggesting a scattered settlement rather than a lonely outpost. The lough swallowed most of the work, leaving behind a small green promise that people once shaped the water into a place for living.

Located in the NW of Ballymore Lough. When inspected in 1988, this crannog (diam. c. 11m) was almost entirely submerged, and was marked by a hazel bush growing on the centre. It consists of a conical stone core incorporating timbers, and is delimited by a ring of stakes, some of which protruded above water level. A wooden platform, constructed of large timbers laid horizontally on a base of stones, extends from it to S. There is a steep drop off at the edge of the crannog.
