Ardra Lough keeps a crannog in Corran, tullyhunco By. It is a low mound of earth and stone, barely half a metre high, yet wide enough to hold a small life. The lake has pulled back from it, leaving the island touching the shore instead of floating free. What lived there may have been a hut, a shrine or a hidden room in the water, but the lake no longer gives that answer back.

Marked on the OS 1836 and 1876 eds. as a small circular island in Ardra Lough, c. 20m from the shoreline. The water-levels in the lake have been significantly lowered and today the site adjoins the shoreline. It comprises a low irregularly shaped mound of earth and stone (H 0.4m; dims. 6.4mNE-W; 5.6m NW-SE).
