Craig y Tyno is a sea cliff located in Gwynedd, composed primarily of Silurian greywacke and formed through tectonic activity and subsequent erosion by marine and glacial processes. It is notable as part of the broader Moel Siabod–Llyn Peninsula inlier, an area with some of the oldest exposed rocks in Wales, dating back approximately 440 to 420 million years.
