Court tomb in Ballygilgan is a court tomb in Ballygilgan, County Sligo, Ireland. Seán Ó Nualláin identified its stones in his County Sligo survey, and a 2014 inspection confirmed they still stand in the conifer-planted area. The right-angled base of wall on his plan has disappeared, but the main tomb stones remain where he recorded them.

All of the stones identified by Ó Nualláin remain in situ though the right-angled 'base of wall' depicted on his plan (Fig. 16) in the probable court area is no longer visible. Court tomb, dating to the Neolithic period (c. 3800–2500 BCE). These tombs are significant as early communal burial sites and reflect complex ritual practices in prehistoric Ireland.
