Detached two-bay single-storey gate lodge, c.1880, on an L-shaped plan with single-bay single-storey gabled projecting end bay to right (north-east). Pitched slate roofs on an L-shaped plan with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, slightly sproketed eaves, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls with recessed detailing to gable to end bay. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and timber casement windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Set back from line of road in grounds shared with Corbally More.

A pleasant, small-scale gate lodge retaining most of its original form and early character. The gate lodge, together with the attendant gateway (22902713), forms an important element of the Corbally More estate, and contributes to the visual appeal of the locality.
