Remnants of E section of Cosheen mining complex surviving as ruined mining structures; further remains to W (CO139-042001-). Recently demolished engine house with chimney stood on E side of complex (pers. comm. Dr. W. O'Brien). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
