Double-arch road bridge, built c.1800, spanning Bealanascartane River. Round-headed arches having roughly dressed limestone voussoirs and soffits, springing from dressed limestone piers with V-cutwaters. Rubble limestone spandrels and parapets with moulded render copings.
This relatively long bridge is a notable feature in the rural landscape. The well-designed and executed arches are evidence of the skill of the stonemasons and stonecutters involved in its construction. The neatly cut voussoirs contrast with the rough rubble stone walls.
