Detached three-bay single-storey former gate lodge, built c. 1855, central bay is projecting. Now in use as private house. Hipped natural slate roof with nap rendered chimneystack, polygonal clayware pot and cast-iron rainwater goods. Ashlar limestone and sandstone walls. uPVC top-hung outward-opening windows with painted stone sills. uPVC panelled door. Ashlar limestone boundary walls.Mian house, Clonmore House, is now demolished
