Clonmany Church in Straid was built in 1772 as a Church of Ireland church, possibly on the site of an earlier religious structure; its construction reflects 18th-century ecclesiastical architecture in the region. The church is significant as a historical place of worship, with earlier references to a church in the area dating back to at least the late 17th century.
