Clochan in Eochaill is a much-ruined circular chamber buries beneath grass at the heart of an ancient Galway enclosure. Its foundation stones still trace a narrow ring, perhaps seven metres across, while the roof has long since collapsed into the earth. The chamber may have held a body, a shrine or a seasonal refuge, but time has erased its exact purpose. What remains is a quiet hole in the landscape, waiting for someone to imagine the hands that built it.

Within the centre of the interior of the enclosure (GA110-100002-). This much-ruined roughly circular clochan (7.5m N-S; 7.4m E-W; H 0.7m) is grassed over. Traces of outer foundation stones are evident at E and from S to NW.
