Dermot and Granias Bed is a well-preserved wedge tomb at the western end of the central ridge on Inis Mór. Its narrow stone gallery opens west, narrows toward the rear, and remains roofed by three overlapping slabs. The chamber is small enough to enter, yet old enough to have outlasted every name spoken above it.
At W end of the central ridge of Inis Mór, in the subdivision known as Corruch. The tomb is fairly well preserved and is a Nat. Mon. It consists of a wedge-shaped gallery, aligned ENE-WSW (L 2.5m, Wth 1.8m at the open W end narrowing to 0.8m at the rear which is closed by a single slab). A closely set double wall of slabs runs along the exterior of S side. The gallery is roofed by three overlapping slabs. Some slight traces of a mound are apparent to S of the monument.
