One chamber, no more, perhaps a dovecot or a hermitage, stands at the edge of the field. The church vanished between map editions, leaving only a shallow rectangular scar and a thin stony rim. People were buried inside that scar, their bodies given to the ground before the walls disappeared from human memory.

Church (KE100-015002-): A small rectangular church, marked 'in ruins' on the first edition of the OS map, was located close to the E boundary of the enclosure. Its longer axis was aligned roughly WNW-ESE. The church is marked only as ‘site of’ on the second edition. All that is now evident at this location is a rectangular depression, 5.5m N-S x 4.6m E-W, defined by a low stony bank. The bank averages 1.4m wide and stands to an external height of .5m at N.
