Detached rectangular limestone mausoleum, erected c.1855 and remodelled 1859. Pitched stone flag roof with rubble stone walls with openings in each gable, having inscribed plaque to east and inscription over opening to west.
This is a well-built limestone mausoleum to the Godfrey family. Its setting, in Magorban churchyard, makes it a significant part of the local heritage of religious architecture.
