Unlocated church within townland indicated on Down Survey (1655-6) map and mentioned in the OS letters where it is described a 'In Borris townland, a church situated in it, none of which, as I am informed, remains at present. A heap of stones belonging to the building is the only index to point out its site' (O'Flanagan 1933, vol. 1, p. 60)..
