In the E portion of Garryduff cross roads, on the E side of the road running SE. The church of the parish of Kilmacahill. According to the OS Letters (1839), ‘No part of the old Church remains, it having been pulled down to build the modern little Protestant Church’. The church is within a sub-rectangular graveyard (KK021-001002-) which is in the inner W sector of a large bivallate ecclesiastical enclosure (KK021-001003-) of an early medieval monastery. The C of I church has been subsequently demolished (O’Brien 1955, 17).
