The following description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Carlow' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1993). In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 17 July 2007 According to O'Donovan (OSL 1839, 71), 'formerly an old Church here which stood close to the parish church on the north side. It was totally removed some years ago'. No visible surface traces. The precise location of the church is unknown.
