On S side of graveyard (CO150-005001-). Rectangular church with tower at W end; chancel to E with vestry on N side. Built in 1812 (Brady 1863, vol. 2, 470). No longer in use. The Church in Creagh was built in 1812 and features a rectangular nave with a west tower and an eastern chancel with a north vestry. It is no longer in use, and its architectural style reflects early 19th-century ecclesiastical design.
