Childrens Burial Ground occupied a grassy rise in County Galway until clearance around 1964. It is marked on the 1945 survey map as an unenclosed roughly rectangular area beside a field boundary, but only a slight rise and a patch of nettles remain visible. The children may have been buried there during centuries when local families had no other choice. Forgetting their names is not the same as stopping them mattering.

Apart from a natural rise marking its site and a patch of nettles indicating disturbance on the W side of the field boundary no visible surface trace survives.
