What is recorded here
Kilchreest holds a children's burial ground inside an old earthwork, though no grave marker or pit remains visible for anyone to find. Local memory says the site stopped receiving children before living witness began, pulling the place out of daily sight and into rumor. The land keeps its shape while withholding its victims, forcing imagination to complete what measurement refuses.
Within the centre of an earthwork (GA105-119----). According to local information, there is a children's burial ground here but it has not been used within living memory (pers. comm. J. Higgins). No visible surface trace survives.
