Cefn Hill is a low, rounded elevation with a height of approximately 150–200 metres, typical of the rolling terrain of the Herefordshire landscape. It is part of the broader geology of the Welsh Borderland, characterised by Carboniferous limestone and sandstone formations. The hill contributes to the regional topographic character and may have local historical or agricultural significance.
