Cusop Hill rises to approximately 190 metres and is part of the gently undulating landscape of the Herefordshire countryside. It lies within the geologically diverse area of the Malvern Hills, which are composed mainly of ancient granites and gneisses. The hill is locally significant as a topographical feature on historical maps and contributes to the regional identity of the area.
