What is recorded here

The blocked opening to a possible Man-made underground passage (KE098-060001-), marked 'Cave' on the OS maps, is located 10m from the W edge of the site and is marked by a rubble-filled depression, 3.6m in diameter and .8m deep. On its NW side three lintel-like slabs are visible, indicating that a passage extends in this direction. The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J.
