Cave

Isolated, marked by a mound in a field of rolling pastureland. Two well-built stone chambers, covered with large capstones, joined by a creepway. An entrance, partly blocked by boulders, gives access to Chamber 1 (L 4.1m; Wth 2.2m; H 1.6m), orientated E-W. Roofed by four large slabs resting on corbelling. Infill, slopes from the entrance to the rear. Creepway (L 2.6m; Wth 1.1m; H 0.5m) on S wall opens into Chamber 2 (L 9m; Wth 2m; H 1.7m), orientated N-S. Roofed by ten capstones.
